Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (“Terms & Conditions”) and governs the relationship between the tour organizer (“Organizer”) and the participant (“Participant”).

1.2. By making any payment related to the tour, the Participant confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Disclaimer, which forms an integral and binding part of this agreement.

1.3. For the avoidance of doubt, acceptance of these Terms & Conditions does not automatically mean a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only in accordance with Section 2 and Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Participation in the tour is subject to availability and confirmation by the Organizer.

2.2. To reserve a place on the tour, the Organizer may require payment of a security deposit.
Payment of the security deposit confirms the Participant’s intention to participate, but does not constitute a confirmed booking.

2.3. The security deposit is fully refundable within 30 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the Participant notifies the Organizer in writing within this period.

2.4. If no refund request is submitted within the 30-day period, the Participant is required to confirm participation by paying the deposit or partial payment amount specified by the Organizer (e.g. 50% of the total tour price), within the deadline communicated by the Organizer.

2.5. A booking becomes confirmed only after the Participant has fulfilled the payment obligations required for booking confirmation, as communicated by the Organizer.

2.6. Full payment for the tour must be made within the deadlines set by the Organizer.

2.7. In case of late or incomplete payment, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation and/or booking without refund of any previously paid amounts, subject to the cancellation rules in Section 3.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. The Participant has the right to cancel their booking by notifying the Organizer in writing.

3.2. Once the booking is confirmed, refunds are made according to the following rules:

• more than 60 days before the start of the tour – 70% refund
30 to 60 days before the start of the tour – 50% refund
• less than 30 days before the start of the tour – no refund

3.3. In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to flight cancellations, epidemics, border closures, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control), the Organizer may offer rescheduling of the tour or a voucher for future trips. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed under such circumstances, especially where costs have already been incurred.

3.4. Any activities or services booked in advance with third-party providers (including but not limited to canyoning, special hikes, permits, or excursions) become non-refundable once confirmed by the Participant, regardless of later refusal or inability to participate.

4. Organizer’s Responsibilities

4.1. To provide the tour program in accordance with the description and the Participant’s voucher.

4.2. To arrange accommodation, meals, transfers, and activities explicitly included in the tour price.

4.3. To provide guide support for the group.

4.4. To inform Participants about safety rules, route specifics, and the tour program.

4.5. To provide each Participant with a Participants Guide (information pack) containing details of the itinerary, logistics, equipment recommendations, and practical information for the tour.

5. Participant’s Responsibilities

5.1. To provide accurate personal information when booking.

5.2. To have valid medical insurance covering active leisure activities included in the tour (including hiking and canyoning).

5.3. To follow the rules of conduct established by the Organizer and comply with the guide’s instructions at all times.

5.4. To cover any personal expenses not included in the tour price.

5.5. To take full responsibility for their own health, physical condition, behavior, and personal belongings during the tour.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for circumstances arising from the Participant’s actions, third-party service providers, undisclosed medical conditions, or force majeure events.

6.2. The Participant may be excluded from the program without refund in cases of aggressive, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior that affects the safety or comfort of the group.

6.3. The Organizer does not compensate the Participant for expenses related to personal plan changes, missed transfers, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.

7.2. If settlement is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the applicable law of the country where the Organizer is registered.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Disclaimer is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2. Payment for the tour confirms that the Participant has read and fully accepts these Terms & Conditions as well as the Disclaimer.
